HOW DO I USE MY E-TICKET?
You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Print off the barcode and present this to the ticket desk at any of the four attractions. You can simply quote your booking reference number at the ticket desk. You must register at the ticket desk.
DO YOU ISSUE REFUNDS?
We cannot issue refunds for cancellations or unwanted tickets. Refunds may only be given at the discretion of the management. If you have any queries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
